About This Project
Tidoo is an e-commerce platform, supporting both product sales and subscriptions, that was originally built with WooCommerce by various freelancers over time. Our mission was to migrate the platform to a more robust and maintainable solution, while also improving their lead acquisition funnel and helping the company internalize development.
I proposed and implemented a custom solution based on Symfony/Sylius, where I developed several bespoke modules including subscription management, loyalty program, returns handling, store locator, and a complete payments & billing system.
A strong emphasis was placed on SEO and tracking, with proper tooling to support marketing analytics and ads performance monitoring.
I was also in charge of the overall technical architecture and server infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
